International Exchange Programs
At Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM), we highly value the cultural enrichment and broadened perspectives that international exchange programs bring to our institution. Each year, nearly 200 international students come to study on our Grenoble or Paris campuses. Nearly 300 outgoing students take advantage of our wide selection of partner universities and program offerings for a semester, a year, or a double degree exchange.

The Center for International Affairs will then contact the nominated student(s) directly with an enrolment link to access our platform and start the application process.
Deadlines for registration
Be sure to check the deadlines for registration, as they may vary depending on the period you are applying for. Missing the deadlines may affect your eligibility for the exchange program. The Nomination and Application deadlines share the same dates. The sooner a student is nominated the sooner their application will be processed.
Deadlines for registration:
- Fall semester/full year : April 1st to May 1st
- Spring semester : September 1st to October 1st
Application process
Once nominated, students are provided with detailed instructions on how to complete their application : Students will open an online account with their official family and given names. One program only needs to be selected to participate on an exchange program. A list of requested documents needs to submitted on the online account according to the program of their choice.

Tuition Fees
International mobility is an integral part of your curriculum at GEM, and in most cases, there are no additional tuition fees to be paid to GEM. However, you must consider the cost of living in the host country, as well as all additional expenses that are the studentโs responsibility (insurance, housing, transportation, administrative fees at the host university, etc.).
Note:ย Some Double Degree exchange programs are fee-based, as are the โGlobal Trackโ study semesters. These costs are in addition to GEMโs tuition fees.
Scholarships
Financial assistance is available for all GEM students participating in an international exchange, thanks to our partners, Erasmus+, and the Auvergne-Rhรดne-Alpes Region with the Regional Scholarship for International Student Mobility (BRMIE).
Inclusion
Participants with a disability and/or a long-term illness and/or a level 6 or 7 scholarship holders are eligible to receive additional Erasmus+ scholarship funding.
